Customers who receive coffee from Continental Terminals Inc. (CTI), in Carteret, N.J., please take note of this important message regarding service interruptions: In the wake of a major systems migration, the warehouse continues to experience significant delays in processing orders.
What this Means for You
Currently, orders are taking 5 to 7 business days to be processed and shipped. The orders are being handled in the order in which they are received.
Per CTI, currently shared release dates are only a request; the warehouse will respond with the actual ship/available date for each order. As such, please do not attempt a warehouse pickup until you receive a clear confirmation from the warehouse.
